The User hereby declares to accept and act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions herein, as well as all future amendments thereto, by using the service provided by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance.
In the terms and conditions herein, whenever the terms "we" or "our" are used, we refer to Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance. Whenever "you", "your" or "yours" is used, we refer to any person who uses the website https://www.multigrowth.pt or is a client of Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance.
 
General Terms and Conditions
The use and sales promoted are governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
By browsing these websites and contracting our services, the user agrees to act in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with their content, you should immediately terminate your access and/or use of these websites.
If you breach any of the terms herein, the right to access and use these websites will be terminated immediately and, if applicable, we will proceed to judicial means.
 
Confidentiality
Work requested and performed by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance will not be subject to outside scrutiny and will be held in strict confidence. All assistants and clients of Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance are required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon submission of the service contract. Information owned by the user will never be published, disclosed or communicated directly or indirectly to third parties
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance reserves the right to use the personal data you have entered on this website to contact you directly and to send you relevant communication within the scope of the services provided by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sending Documents
The work requested by the client will be provided by the contracted means, whether by email or registered letter (costs may be added to the latter). As the client wishes, they may be provided in editable and/or non-editable (pdf) format.
 
Verification and validation of the work carried out
Although Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance assistants thoroughly check the work requested for errors, it is also the client's responsibility to check for errors and inform the assistant of any errors that need to be corrected. Only after validation by the client does the assistant consider the service to be finished, and the assistant is not responsible for errors and/or consequences of errors not detected by the client before validation.
 
Contracting the service:
No service is provided without an initial meeting (whether physically, via Zoom or another platform). In this meeting we will get to know the client, his business, service and objectives, and from this meeting we will determine the client's needs and how the services of Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance can be really advantageous and necessary.
A service provision contract is subsequently drawn up which Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance and the client must sign, acknowledging the services to be provided, the cost of service provision and the agreed terms and conditions.
Contracts can be signed for One-Time Services or Recurring/Monthly Services.

One-Time Services
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance does not offer a trial period for one-off services.
The values of each service will be charged according to the value stipulated in the quotation.
 
Recurring Services/Monthly Fees
Trial Period
All contracts have a minimum duration of 90 days (automatically renewed) except where loyalty is not required or is declined (charges may apply).
All recurring services/monthly subscriptions include a 14 (fourteen) day trial period. If the contract is terminated during the first 14 days of the trial period, any amounts already paid are refunded.
The customer is only entitled to the trial period 1 (one) time only.

Payments
One-off services:
Services provided that are one-off must be prepaid before the service is provided. The payment may be 50% or 100% of the total amount agreed upon.
Recurring services/monthly subscriptions:
Recurring/monthly services must be prepaid on a monthly basis by subscription and contract agreed in the service contract.

Payment method
The services provided by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance can be paid in the following ways:
- Bank Transfer;
- MBway.

The client is requested to forward to us via email proof of payments made by bank transfer and MBway.
The payment is only considered effective once it is available in Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance's bank account.
In the event of late payment exceeding 3 working days, late payment interest of 10% per each day of delay will be due.
After 5 working days of delay, Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance may terminate the contract with cause and/or cease providing services until payment is made.
Non-payment may lead to legal action.
 
Refund Policy
A 14-day trial period is included in the case of recurring/monthly services.
During the 14 (fourteen) days, full refund of the amounts paid is allowed provided it is requested by email or through the payment platform.
In the event of a request for refund or cancellation of contracts after the 15th day of subscription, there is no refund or any other form of reimbursement.
 
Budgeting
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance provides free quotations for its services.
All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date they are sent out, with the exception of extra and/or variable values of services and/or products contracted with other companies or entities.
 
Pricing
Services are customized to the needs of each client. We treat each client as unique and there are no equal services for all, so prices vary according to the needs of each business.
Currently, no VAT is charged by virtue of article 53 of the VAT code or withholding tax. If this position changes, all clients will be advised that VAT at the current rate in mainland Portugal (23%) and withholding tax (25%) will be added to the monthly fee or one-off service.
 
Suspension or cancellation of recurring service/monthly fee subscription
Recurring services are renewed for successive periods of 60, 90 or 180 days (according to contract), and may be cancelled by indication of the customer at any time, except for contracts with a binding period.
The request for cancellation of the subscription and termination of the service provision contract must be made in writing, via email to info@multigrowth.pt at least 15 days before the scheduled expiry date.

Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance is also entitled to suspend or cancel, immediately and without charge, the provision of the services in the event of:
- failure by the client to comply with any of its obligations under these terms and conditions and if the obligation in question is not complied with within the prescribed time limits or from notification of the failure in question given to the client; or
- by default of payment after 5 working days have elapsed from the due date for payment; or
- any suspension, recomposition of debt between creditors and debtors, bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or termination of the business by the Customer.

​Modification and updating of the service agreement
The client acknowledges and accepts that Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance may unilaterally change the terms and conditions in force at any given time by communicating such change in writing to the client.
The new terms and conditions will take effect from the month following such notice. However, changes may take effect at an earlier time, as indicated by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance to the client, if they are introduced due to a substantial change in the contractual assumptions, namely those related to its activity and the operations performed, the client's risk level and its payment operations, after the beginning of the services rendered.
If the client does not agree with the contractual alterations introduced, the client may cancel the contract for the provision of services with effect from the date the contractual alterations come into force, but without prejudice to the fulfilment of the obligations arising for him/her and that are pending prior to the termination and to remain obliged to pay Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance the amounts due to the latter for the services provided during the period of validity of the contract.
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance and the client may agree to amend the contract for the provision of services by written document signed by both parties, such amendments becoming an integral part of the contract for the provision of services.
 
Obligations of Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance:
- undertakes and guarantees that only Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance staff has access to the client's personal information;
- guarantees that the services and hours contracted by the client will be handled with professionalism and zeal;
- total security in business transactions with the client.

Obligations of the client
The customer shall:
- will ensure that relevant information, instructions and sufficient documents will be provided in due time (and in any event no less than 48 hours prior to the desired intervention) to enable the requested services to be performed;
- will send, in due time, any material requested by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance, essential for the fulfillment of the contracted services and functions;
- will obtain all necessary accesses and will take all necessary steps to eliminate or solve any obstacles or interruptions to the provision of the services;
- will provide, if necessary, any special equipment and personnel required for the performance of the services;
- will ensure that all necessary measures are taken for the protection and safety of the working conditions, premises and facilities during the performance of the services and will not rely, in this respect, solely on the opinion of Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance, whether solicited or unsolicited;
- shall fully exercise all its rights and perform all its obligations under any relevant service contract or any other agreement entered into with any third party and by law.

The client and Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the terms and conditions of the service contract and will not disclose them in any way whatsoever, except to the extent necessary and strictly instrumental to the fulfillment of each party's obligations.

Dedicated Hours
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance provides its services based on the hours of packages contracted by the client.
The contracted hours may be in accordance with a pre-established schedule between the client and Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance or may relate to the total number of hours worked by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance. In cases where a pre-arranged time schedule is agreed between the client and Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance, the client has the right to contact his/her assistant via call, Zoom or other similar means of communication during such time schedule.
The client may request from Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance a report of hours worked on a monthly basis. When the hours package is about to expire, Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance will notify the client of the situation, and the client will have to decide what to do. 
The control of the hours is done through an online platform, which the client can access if he so wishes. This should be requested to Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance in advance.
 
Intellectual Property Rights
All copyright and ownership rights of works developed and created by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance are reserved to Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance.
The client accepts that the service contains protected and confidential information that is protected by applicable law.
The client acknowledges that any content that appears in advertising, highlighting, promotion or mention of any sponsor or advertiser is protected by the laws relating to copyright and related rights, the laws relating to industrial property and other laws for the protection of property, so that any use of such content may only occur under the express authorization of the respective owners.
The client may not duplicate, copy, reproduce, redistribute, reuse any part of the service, or visual elements of design or concepts without express written consent of Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance, under penalty of incurring in civil and criminal liability.
The client undertakes to fully respect the rights referred to in the preceding paragraphs, namely refraining from performing any acts that may violate the law or the referred rights, such as the reproduction, commercialization, transmission or making available to the public of such content or any other unauthorized acts that have as their object the same content.
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance does not claim any intellectual property rights over the data inserted in the service by the user.
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance agrees to keep confidentiality and not to disclose, by any means whatsoever, except in the case of a court order, any information that is owned by Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance and to which it may have access.

Back-up copies
Backups of client documents are kept for a maximum of one year.
So, for example, if the last service performed was in February 20nn, a back-up copy of the documents relating to the client requesting termination of the contract will be kept until no later than February 20nn+1, at which point the documents will be irretrievably deleted.
We make every effort to ensure that the information, material and knowledge on our website is correct and rectify any errors or omissions as soon as possible when notified of them. However, we shall not be liable if the information, material and knowledge from third parties on the website is inaccurate or there are any errors or omissions in the data, material and information.
We do not provide any warranty that the website or any information contained in it or any third party website is free of viruses or any agent that may have a detrimental impact on any technology.
We do not accept any liability for loss or damage arising from the inability to access the website and for any use of the website which is beyond our control.
We are not responsible or liable for any indirect loss or damage suffered or incurred by you or which would not have been foreseeable when you accessed or used this website. This includes any services, business opportunities, profits or revenues or any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with your use of this website.

Changes to terms and conditions
Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance reserves the right to update and change the terms of service from time to time without prior notice, such changes will be communicated to you by email and will take effect from the first day of the month following the month in which they are communicated.
If the user does not agree with the alteration, the user has the right to terminate the service provision contract at the end of the month of notification of the alteration, without any penalty or indemnity. The User may consult the updated version of the terms of service at any time.

It is not possible to visit Multi Growth - Online Business Assistance's offices.
